Usher’s career continues to prosper
Amid stunning Super Bowl Halftime show, Usher is also celebrating his first ever diamond single, “Yeah!” According to reports, the record reached the milestone after earning 13m units in the US.
The track, which features Lil Jon and Ludacris, is lifted from Usher’s fourth studio album, Confessions, which was also certified diamond in 2008.
The Atlanta crooner’s 2010 smash record “DJ Got Us Falling in Love” is also zeroing in the diamond league as it was certified 8× platinum earlier this month.
The decorated singer is also reportedly in the process of marrying his longtime girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea.
