Tory to wait a little longer for appeal to get underway
Tory Lanez’s appeal of his conviction in the reported shooting of Megan Thee Stallion faces more delay. Per HipHopDX, the prosecution filed a motion requesting more time to respond to the rapper’s opening brief of the case in his motion, and the judge granted it.
The court initially gave the prosecution until May 28 to file the response, but now they have until June 27.
