The Game Fights Ongoing Legal Efforts to Take His Home
The Game finds himself embroiled in a legal tussle over a $7 million judgment awarded to former VH1 show contestant, Priscilla Rainey from She Got Game. Rainey filed a sexual assault lawsuit against the rapper in 2015; she claimed that The Game groped her while they were on a date off-camera. After a couple of absences from the rapper in court, the judge decided in favor of Rainey. However, it has been a difficult task to collect judgment, and hence Rainey will assault his real estate starting in August.
In new documents seen by AllHipHop, The Game asks the court to dismiss the Order for Sale of Dwelling and to release the levy. Rainey claims that The Game transferred his home’s deed over to Wack 100 to avoid being seized, something The Game denies, on the basis that he was never personally served with papers concerning such a possible home seizure.
