Takeoff’s murder suspect is out on bond
The suspect in the murder of Takeoff has reportedly been released. According to ABC 13, Patrick Clark was freed after posting a $1M bond on Wednesday (January 4).
This follows Clark’s legal defense recently asking the judge to reduce the bond to $300K, claiming the suspect cannot afford $1M.
“Although we respect Judge Hill as well as his decision today, we disagree with it and to be honest we’re very surprised by it,” Clark’s lawyer Letitia Quinones said.
The bond was initially set at $2M, but the judge lowered it to $1M after Clark’s attorneys filed a motion to have it reduced.
