Tip jokingly shares his view on mordern Trap
A clip has been surfacing of T.I. taking the stage on BET’s Comic View and playfully comparing this age’s Trap rappers to those of his day.
“Listen, the first generation of trap music — people like me, Jeezy, Yo Gotti — we were rapping about things we had done, got away with and moved on,” Tip told the crowd.
“You listen to these new age trap music, oh, they talking ’bout shit they finna do tomorrow.”
