Rylo and NoCap’s new collab debuts on Hot 100

Rylo Rodriguez scores his first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart as a solo artist, thanks to his new collaboration with fellow Mobile, Alabama rapper NoCap, “Thang For You.” The record, which was released in June as a single from Rylo’s new album, Been One, entered the chart at No. 96 this week (beginning on July 25).

Across all credits, this is Rylo’s third and Cap’s first overall entry on the chart. Rylo previously entered the chart through his features on Est Gee’s “5500” along with Lil Baby, as well as Lil Baby’s “Cost To Be Alive.”

Rylo, who is signed to Lil Baby’s 4PF, dropped his latest album earlier this month and it opened at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 with 35K equivalent album units sold in the first week.

Rylo and NoCap are close friends and have worked together numerous, including on their 2019 joint project, Rogerville. They’ve previously teased the second installment of the project.
