NYPD shared footage of the shooting that allegedly involved Smooky MarGielaa
Rising Bronx rapper Smooky MarGielaa is in custody for second degree attempted murder charges in a New York shooting during the summer.
According to Complex, court documents show that Smooky, real name Toumani Diabaté, was arrested on September 1 and wasn’t released on bond. He’s set to appear in court on September 20.
The 22-year old is also reportedly facing five counts of assault, three counts of criminal possession of a weapon, one count of reckless endangerment.
