Lil Baby’s ‘It’s Only Me’ becomes eligible for gold certification in just two weeks after release

Lil Baby’s latest has already sold 500k units in the US

It’s just been two weeks since Lil Baby delivered his third solo album, It’s Only Me, and it’s already ripe for gold certification from RIAA. According to Chart Data, the project has already earned 500k album-equivalent units across the US.

Baby’s latest studio effort has earned him notorious dominance on streaming platforms since it was released on October 14. It became the Atlanta rapper’s highest-selling album in its first week of release, leading the charts with 213k units. But that’s not all, all the songs on the album flooded the Billboard Hot 100 making him the third artist ever to occupy 25 spots on the chart, as he already had two other songs on there.

He is also the most charting rapper on Hot 100 this year with 40 entries.
