Kodak is now out on bond
Kodak Black was apprehended by police on Thursday (December 7) after a cop found him sleeping on the wheel of his Bentley SUV parked on the roadway in South Florida.
According to the arresting officer, Yak had white powder in his mouth, on his shirt, and on the floor, HipHopDX reported. The rapper was released on bond but the state now wants it revoke on the grounds of “violation of condition of pretrial release.”
The “Super Gremlin” rapper’s arrest is just the latest of his mounting legal troubles. In July, he was picked up and accused of possessing 31 pills of oxycodone and over $70k in cash. His attorney later argued in a filing to dismiss the case that the pills Kodak had were Tylenol, not Oxycodone as the cops claimed.
