Kanye West was wearing big boots resembling those of a gardener
Controversial rapper Kanye West busted into Skechers main offices in LA this week to the footwear company executives’ surprise. According to The U.S. Sun, Ye, who showed up uninvited, was rocking huge boots, a faded hoodie and a pair of cargo trousers that receptionists thought he was a gardener.
“When Kanye walked into the building at Skechers, the receptionist had no idea who he was,” a source familiar with the situation said.
“They let him in the building because they thought he was the gardener.”
The “Junya” artist stormed the Skechers building Wednesday morning (October 26) in search of a new home for his Yeezy enterprise after Adidas dropped him, but was turned away with an escort of two executives. “Skechers is not considering and has no intention of working with West,” the company said in the statement.
“We condemn his recent divisive remarks and do not tolerate anti-Semitism or any other form of hate speech.”
