The New York Coke Boy, French Montana, has released the first single from his upcoming record, and it features two other titans in hip hop, Post Malone and Cardi B. This song has that Carribean pop rap vibe that French has seemed to embrace lately; Post Malone really compliments this style with his sweet vocals, and Cardi sounds very natural on this type of song as well. The production on this song comes from rising Jamaican producer Rvssian; I would really love to see him collaborate more with French for this upcoming album, because the sound that they create on this song is very natural sounding.
This is seriously a really great collaboration. Cardi B’s energy on this track is excellent, and the harmonies chemistry between Post and French Montana is very palpable. French also just released a music video for this song. I do not even know how to describe it; I will say that it is super trippy and the scenes where they are riding the motorcycle look really fun.
