Drizzy pays homage to Dipset
Drake gave Dipset their flowers over the weekend during his performance at Apollo Theater. The multi-platinum rapper surmoned the iconic New York group onstage and they perfomed “I Really Mean It,” “Dipset Anthem,” and “We Fly High (Ballin’)” along with Juelz Santana and Freekey Zekey while the Toronto artist played the hypeman.
“These guys right here from Harlem made us dress different, talk different, walk different, rap different — all the way in Canada,” Drake said of the Harlem group as they gifted him a custom OVO x Dipset chain towards the end of the show.
