Drake and YouTuber Anthony Fantano seemingly trade shots on social media
Earlier this week, music critic and YouTuber Anthony Fantano, who’s not a very big fan of Drake, claimed that Drizzy slid into his DM and even shared a screenshot of the supposed chat on YouTube.
“Anthony! It’s Drizzy,” the first text reads. “I know we don’t really see eye-to-eye about music and that you are not the biggest fan of most of my albums.”
He added, “But it is what it is, you know. Can always hope you’ll like the next one.”
Drake later took to Instagram story sharing a screenshot of his own version of the text chat.
“Your existence is a light 1. And the 1 is cause you are alive,” Drake tells Anthony in the initial text. “And cause you somehow wifed a black girl.”
He concluded, “I’m feeling a light to decent 1 on your existence.”
