Dame knew the feud wasn’t going to end badly
Jay-Z and Nas’ beef is still one of the most intense clashes in rap history, but according to Roc Nation co-founder Dame Dash, there were no concerns at the time that the situation would turn violent.
“There was no fear of us getting hurt when it came to Nas,” Dame said during an interview on Moguls In The Making podcast. “I’m telling you right now, there was no fear of any violence when it came to that. There was no fear when it came to us of any battle that we had when it came to violence. We were never worried about that.”
