Charlamagne Tha God says Savage “is way more intelligent than that”
Charlamagne Tha God weighs in 21 Savage’s viral Clubhouse argument where he’s heard exchanging words with another person over whose side has killed more people. During one of The Breakfast Club sessions last week, Charlamagne expressed his disappointment with 21.
“No way you can listen back to that and think any of that is respectable,” the famed radio host said. “You know, I mean, like, I expect way more from 21 Savage personally. He’s been on The Breakfast Club a few times, we’ve heard conversations that brother is way more intelligent than that. For a man I think who is facing his own legal issues and you see what is happening to other rappers in Atlanta why would you put yourself out there like that?”
The Breakfast Club co-host DJ Envy chimed in pointing out that 21’s move was “very emotional” and “stupid,” before Charlamagne added, “You gotta have higher emotional intelligence than that.”
