California State Denies Tory Lanez’s Claim That Megan Thee Stallion Case Gun Is Missing
Tory Lanez’s appeals process is underway far from over for his conviction of shooting Megan Thee Stallion, but with a recent ruling that major component of the other side’s argument was proven false.
In a response filed on Monday, November 18, the State of California reiterated that gun remnants were not lost as Lanez’s appeal alleged to prevent additional testing from being done in Megan’s shooting case.
In response to the state, the Senior Property Officer for the LAPD’s Evidence and Property Management Division released a statement.
