50 Cent declares next full-length album as his last

Published January 31, 2022 by

50 Cent says he might release new music in different forms in the future

You can’t talk about the most successful rappers of all time without bringing up 50 Cent in the conversation. With some of the top-selling rap albums under his belt, Fiddy is getting ready to drop his final full-length studio album.

During a recent discussion on The Talk, the New York legend expounded his revelation from earlier this month that his next album will be the last. He explained that after the album drops, he considers releasing new music along with film projects, a field where he’s been prospering.

“I probably think I’ll deliver one more full-length album, then the other things that I do will be connected to film and television in a different way,” he explained. “I’m having so much success in this area that I have opportunities to keep releasing music through the projects that I’m bringing.”

The upcoming album was first set to be released in 2011 under the title, Street King Immortal. The rapper revealed last summer that the original version of the album was scrapped. “That original version is not [being released], but I’m releasing new music in September,” Fiddy said.

He went on to explain why Eminem won’t feature on the album. “I didn’t finish the tracks with him … I’m not gonna tell who’s on it because I’m the most exciting person [on the album].”
