Nas talks how he’s been working with Hit-Boy
Nas and Hit-Boy have had an iconic run in the past few years, going further to release King’s Disease album trilogy. During a recent interview on the Wall Street Journal, Escobar recalled Hit-Boy asking him to re-use old flows from his classics to make new records.
“Sometimes I’d be like, ‘But I did that, I did that already,’” Nas said. “And he’d say, ‘I know you, you’re going to go into a new cadence on it. Can you, please, just do this flow right here? I promise you.’”
