DaniLeigh escapes prison sentence
DaniLeigh avoids a prison bid in connection with a DUI and hit & run case stemming from last year’s incident. Per HipHopDX, the artist was hit with a five-year probation sentence after pleading no contest to two charges: a felony charge of DUI causing injury and a misdemeanor charge of DUI.
The other charges: one felony charge of leaving the scene of a crime, and one misdemeanor charge of DUI were “adjourned in contemplation of dismissal,” meaning they’ll be dropped provided DaniLeigh completes her probation successfully.
Back during last summer, the “Lil Bebe” hit-maker hit and injured a person riding on a motorised scooter and fled the scene. She was later picked up and the cops determined she wasn’t sober.
