Kanye purchased the five-bedroom, four-bathroom house
It's been approximately two months since Kim Kardashian gained full control of her marital home with her ex-husband, Kanye West.
According to the New York Post, Kanye has purchased a house right across the street from his former residence. He reportedly paid $4.5 million for the five-bedroom, four-bathroom spot, with $421,000 paid over the seller's asking price.

The home was closed by West on December 20, under the LLC, Spruce Blue Trust. A source for the post said the purchase was more so for the kids, not in regard to West's desire to get back with his former wife.
“It's just simple logistics so that he is close to his children and has access to them at the drop of a hat,” the source said.
Kanye's Wyoming ranch remains on the market for an estimated $11 million. In September, West purchased a modern Malibu home for a whopping $57.3 million.
